A four-stage condensers in series system was adopted to solve the problems of insufficient condensation high-temperature pyrolysis steam and difficulty classification recovery oil, where internal fluids conducted countercurrent convection heat exchange. steady-state physical mathematical model a single condenser established clarify discipline transfer between fluids. Meanwhile, coupled multi-stage proposed with help compound firstly. numerical simulation carried out results showed that when number four, process reached saturation, exchange cold hot completely realized, it little significance continue connect more for steam. To quickly condense fluid, key increase mass flow rate fluid first-stage condenser. Compared experimental values, calculated values outlet temperature were not higher than 10%, indicating highly reliable.
